Don't buy a used egg. It's not worth it there are too many people that don't know about how much they crack and will give top dollar for a used egg. The GA mountain egg fest has demos without a nest for $899 and I just sold my XL best and mates for $125 on CL. For $1025 you could have the same thing with a lifetime warranty. In the 10 yrs I have had my eggs I would guess the replacement parts would have been more than the eggs new if I didn't have a warranty.
