OT-Deep Fried Avocado Bites

Got this recipe in a recipe of the day deal recently from FN and it got our attention.  Cubed avocado, frozen, then battered and deep fried.  It was paired with an Asian dipping sauce.  My better half also made pico with some of our first garden tomatoes.  We'll do this again.  Would've been better with more flavorful avocados, these were average.  The texture of crunch on the outside and creamy on the inside works well!  It served as an appetizer to our fish tacos, on which I used the avocado bites as well.

Batter (substituted beer (Yuengling) for the seltzer).
