@Toxarch I have the 36 with the Blackstone cover.  It sits outside a little more than half of the year but the cover needs to be raised in the center to have rain drain off.  It will rust when wet and needs to be cleaned and reasoned.  During the harsh months here in the Northeast I move it to the garage.

@Toxarch  mine's always outside (Arizona).  I made a hardtop cover out of Corian, as fabric covers don't last more than a season here.   It performs double duty as an extra work counter.

Can't recommend the Blackstone highly enough (my experience is with the 36")
