Being a french canadian without any BBQ culture, i finally made my first ribs yesterday ! And thanks to all of you for all of your wisdom about the techniques that i've learn here !

3 hours indirect with plate setter, smoked with Apple wood, Dizzy dust from DP (which I also discovered here ! ) and then 2 hours foiled with Apple juice and brown sugar and 1 hour while saucing with homemade sauce with a twist from Sortilège, a Canadian whisky with maple !
