OT - Pickle Juice Chicken Marinade

OT...

Doing a science experiment.  ;) I've read that Chic fil-A uses pickle juice to marinate their fried chicken.  *No debates about Chic-fil-A please... LOL... I just love the flavor of their chicken*

I have semi marinated chicken breast before with pickled jalapeño juice, but that was only for a short time.  I "thought" I could tell a moisture difference.  This time I'm using chicken thighs and going for a solid 24 hours, using leftover pickle juice (and a pickle or three) from a coupla old jars I had in the fridge.  Also threw in a few teaspoons of sambal olek for a hint of spiciness.

Anywho, I'll post back tomorrow once I fry these up for sandwiches.  Hoping for that same vinegary bite that the fried chicken from Chic fil-A has.
