What rig are you using for the chx? It looks like one I would like but it doesn't look like any of the pics I see on CGS web page. The cook looks fabulous!

@NonaScott - it is the BGE grid extender. It's ok but I wouldn't spend the money on it again if it broke.  Pretty flimsy and in my experience you don't want to put more than a few lbs on it at one time.

That is one Eggcellent looking meal. That salad looks amazing. The beans under the chicken catching all that deliciousness. Slow cooked chicken  . Well done, well done indeed!
