baby back ribs

made some ribs. Started them off on one side with a fire on the other but it was too hard to do indirect that way so after a few hours I put in the setter to finish them but before that I cut off the end few ribs & cooked direct for a bit to taste. Some plain with just rub and some iwth sauce
