Pork Porterhouse Chops and Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Reverse seared chops. Grilled the asparagus indirect as well. Very tasty. Will do this again. 
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

    Yep. Bone in chops much better than no bone for sure. Sam's had these in a two pack already seasoned. Will get them again. For the asparagus drizzle with EVOO salt and pepper the wrap with prosciutto. Indirect was good for these so they didn't overcook. Not necessarily the best combination together but this is what we had around.

    I was good at the asparagus, then saw the chops.  Excellent meal.
