Ribs tomorrow....
Looks like good weather with no rain tomorrow, so gonna fire up the Egg and give these babies about 6 hours at 225 - 230 degrees dome. Membrane peeled, lightly dusted with my home made rub, ready for the heat! Gotta run out and grab a 12 pak to keep me company tomorrow!
Lutz, FL (next to the swamp), LBGE, Pizza stone, Egg Handler, Flame boss 300, Thermapen, Kick Ash basket & Webber Summit for odds and ends and short, or "honey do", cooks!
