For The Blackstone Grill Eggheads Among Us (or anyone else)

I've done these at Eggfests for early birds, and even taught a class on it in Austin one year, but this morning was the first time I put it to video.

I call them Egg McMillin's.

You can make them on your Egg, stove-top, or, if you are lucky enough to have a Blackstone Grill, it's perfect for cooking them.

Maybe I'll add them back to the list of things to cook at Eggfests using my GriddleQ. It's much smaller than my Blackstone Grill, and it fits the Large Egg well.   Even being smaller,  I can knock 'em out fairly quickly on it.

Give 'em a try. I think you will like 'em.
