    Even with the disclaimer moved to the bottom, the header is way too long now, especially on phones. Have to scroll now just to see the first post.

    And within the last hour, the header is shortened....magic. 

    now if only the home button only worked again. Instead it pulls up the comment box again, but only if I've commented...

    Finally, they make the header of a reasonable length. Wish they could have always been this responsive.

    I wish they'd just trash the header. You KNOW no one reads it!
