Wings coming up in the next couple of days. Those look goodSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Those look tasty and I did something similar on Saturday. I dry rubbed the wings with Ploughboys yardbird and then smoked them over cherry wood. Finished with sweet baby rays sweet red chili. They were delicious
