Fired up the LBGE and cooked up some apps: Halloumi cheese, Portobello mushroom cap, various sausages, and sourdough bread..
then the main event... I reverse-seared some NY Strips seasoned with Lane's BBQ Brisket and Ancho Espresso rubs. Cooked them at 250 and seared on cast iron skillet in butter.
Cooking on a LBGE and MM down in Miami, FL.

Halloumi has become my go-to grilling cheese. It really withstands to the heat and doesn't melt through. Can eat it straight up or with the sourdough bread and Portobello.Cooking on a LBGE and MM down in Miami, FL.
