Fired up the LBGE and cooked up some apps:  Halloumi cheese, Portobello mushroom cap, various sausages, and sourdough bread..

then the main event... I reverse-seared some NY Strips seasoned with Lane's BBQ Brisket and Ancho Espresso rubs.  Cooked them at 250 and seared on cast iron skillet in butter.
