My go at smashed burgers!

2 half pounders seared at 550 dome ( I am guessing the CI was 625/650) I let the CI preheat for 30 minutes then 2 minutes a side, one was 125/130 and the other was 145/150 which is over cooked for me. Not sure why they were 20 degrees IT different, Great burger served with oven baked sweet potato fries!
