HELP -eggless cornbread

I know there are lots of recipes for cornbread...but I need a quick and easy solution with no eggs.  My little guy is allergic to eggs.  Anyone have an easy recipe, preferably on the green egg in cast iron.  Thank you!

My wife bakes this recipe for my son who is also allergic to eggs:

1 cup plain flour
3/4 cup self rising corn meal
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cup milk

Heat 2 tbs oil in baking pan
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl
Stir in milk and sour cream
Stir the hot oil into mix
Pour batter into preheated pan

Bake at 400* for 20 min

A double recipe fits in a 9×12 pan.

I have not tried this on the egg, but it should work.

You can can buy commercial egg replacement.

@bigbadben thanks for posting that.  I will definitely be trying the flax in some things.
