My $12 Stanley insulated steel mug will keep ice just as long as the Yeti.

For hot drinks I use one of the Zojirushi travel mugs mentioned on the article. When I first got it a couple years ago I did a test where I poured a fresh brew of hot tea into it and checked it 24 hours later. It was still too hot to drink. While that sounds great on paper it is a minor PITA because I have to allot time to let my tea cool down a bit before I pour it into it.

For coffee- I have a Contigo that I use when I going to airport in morning, right amount on drive.  For my drive commutes (200 miles) i have a taller gimmie one a vendor gave me.  That sucker keeps it scalding for an hour or more and its a PITA.  For both of those I put 1 ice cube in to be able to drink.

I havent used my Yeti for hot only ice water which stays cold all day and night and for Beers at the pool once where they were also selling beer and couldnt use my Colster.

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.
