I had lunch at Peg Leg Porker in Nashville today and their smoked green beans were off the chain. I found their recipe on line and though I'd share. This will definitely step up your sides game.

Similar to braised green beans, which are my favorite green beans so far

I do very similar with what we call memmaw beans. I don't blanch but they cook for about 4 hrs on the egg in an uncovered DO. Pretty much the same ingredients as listed in the recipe. The trick is to boil just about all the water out while very lightly scorching a few beans ever so lightly.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. What did you order as your main plate? What were your thoughts?

I had the half rack of ribs. They were good but not the best I've had. I do like dry ribs...EggNashville said:What did you order as your main plate? What were your thoughts?
