I started the dinner egging a green bean casserole in the cast iron. One of my favorites.

Threw a couple of ham steaks on, and had some rice pelaf on the stove Inside.

I buy em at costco and foodsaver them in breakfast size pieces. I doubt it's a coincidence that my days go better start with Ham and Eggs...
