Cashew Chicken and Fried Rice

The cashew chicken was excellent, I used the recipe from Woking to the Sky's Edge. For the fried rice I used carrots, peas, leftover chicken and fake crab meat. This was a casual lunch outside, sorry for the paper plates.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

@ScottNC I highly recommend the crab, holds up well to wok and absorbs flavor

@CPARKTX mostly the same as you. Chicken, celery, carrots, mushrooms, bok choy, red pepper, onion, garlic, zucchini, 5 spice, soy and corn starch for a slurry. Threw in a handful of almonds and snap peas at the end and put some sliced green onions on top.
Your photo inspired me and since I had chicken out...
