    Wow, wonder why they went that route.  I bought a Flame Boss originally because its what my dealer had.

    Don't tell your problems to people.  80% of people don't care and 20% are glad you have them.

    Manufacturer direct to consumer leaves more $$$ in their pocket. IMO, smart move.
    I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.

    Not really when they dropped the price.  And it's definitely not on volume......since you just axed most of your sales force (the hundreds of retail location and online sites that sold your product.)

    Bold move--will see if it works out for them.

    Myself, I think that the economy is so bad, they've decided to go bold and look long term survival and split the revenue just one way, no matter ... good for them. I love their products.

    Would have to get paid to deal with THEM again...absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with...
