Did your cauliflower on the mini tonight.  Herb butter with Bruce and Kelley's That's My Rub.  Other half is not a cruciferous fan, but he loved this.  I split the head and added about 1/2 cup water and cooked at 325 for 1 hour.  It was tender, tasty and almost sweet.  
Yep, that is a whole jalapeño tucked underneath and 2 sweet young onions.  
Thank you This may be served at the Austin fest this year.
