Position is based out of Springfield, MO with some travel a few weeks every month to areas in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas as required. The position would be based from our corporate office in Springfield, MO. We provide transportation. In some cases this would be driving a company vehicle (BGE wrapped Ford Transit van) and some cases driving the Eggulance (BGE wrapped Ambulance) used for larger demo events. Position would include providing training to dealers across the Midwest as well as coordinating and conducting cooking events on weekends at dealers. Expenses would be paid as required. This would be a very fun position for the right person.

The employer is ODH Distributing. We are Big Green Egg distributors in MO, KS, AR, & OK.

I take it this is seasonal part-time job and only on weekends?  I believe we met one time at KC BBQ Source?  The job sounds fun

This has been a weekend position in the past but we have now decided to make it a full time position. The Eggulance events will usually fall on the weekend but we look to add dealer trainings and other responsibilities to the position to make it a full time position and a year round position.

Do some of those demo and cooking class events in Kansas City sometime. I have never seen a class up here. I would love to attend.

@bhedges1987, my dealer KC BBQ Sorce aka Hot Spot Pool and Spa has been doing different classes over the last few year's and had an Eggfest in OP, KS last year.  They have one believe coming up at their North store in Liberty and a 10th Anniversary Celebration on April 16th that is going to be fun.  I hope to attend if things work out.

@bhedges1987, here is the flyer from Facebook and below is their location.  they are open from 9 to 5 on Saturday's.  They have a really good selection of rubs, sauces and other BBQ supplies.  They also carry Rockwood lump.   I go in sometimes about every week.  They treat you like family.  Tell them Doug sent you.
