Catering Question

My sister-in-law is getting married this upcoming weekend and she has asked me to smoke a couple of briskets to make brisket sliders out of.  The wedding is saturday @ 2. I have a work event friday night, so that makes it hard to have it done fresh in time for the reception.  How would I smoke them in advance and reheat them for the wedding?
