Plowboys Rub, Indirect 300-325. Plan is to dip in sauce when the internal temp is 165 and the place on rack for 15 minutes to glaze.
one post oak chunk for smoke.

For a first attempt using the rack it they were pretty good. I may change the rub and use pecan instead of oak next time.
