Butterfly

Leg of lamb, that is.  Marinated for 24+ hrs in red wine, olive oil, red wine vinegar, a little mustard, fresh rosemary, oregano, and garlic ask blitzed together.  Grilled raised direct at 350 to around 135 IT.  Served with roasted Brussels sprouts.
