Inaugural Cook for the new Large BGE

I've had the MiniMax for a couple of months.  Also had a Chargriller Akorn for a few years, but the interior started flaking into the food, no bueno!!!  Shouldn't have cheaped out in beginning, but I've learned a lesson.  Came across a good Demo deal on a new Egg.  Basically got a free plate setter and a nest ($200 value).

Came out perfect!  It was a hit and I think our family has a new tradition in making a brisket for Easter.

The large keeps a much more stable temperature than the MiniMax, but that's to be expected.  Very happy with the new addition to the family.
