No marshmallows? - no problem

Didn't have any marshmallows for the sweet potatoes, so had to adjust.  Scored the potato halves, buttered and brown sugar, then skin side up into a hot CI skillet, indirect next to the ham until soft, then converted the Egg to direct and bumped up the heat.  Created a nice glaze on the potato, then added a peep. 

I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way.
