    I like salt & pepper as the only seasoning especially with beef.  My favorite S&P conversation with spice wimp Wilma. 
    Wilma says, "Wow, this is spicy.  What did you put on it?"
    I reply, " Salt and pepper."
    She says, "What else?  Because it's pretty spicy."
    I answer, "SALT and PEPPER."
