Coomed up two slabs of baby back ribs this afternoon. Cooked 3.5/1.5/.5 at 275 dome with a mix of oak and pecan. Rub was salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika.

Great flavor, but falling apart more than I wanted. Still very start. 

LBGE & SBGE.  Central Texas.
