Coomed up two slabs of baby back ribs this afternoon. Cooked 3.5/1.5/.5 at 275 dome with a mix of oak and pecan. Rub was salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika.
Great flavor, but falling apart more than I wanted. Still very start.

I like some better than others, but I've never had ribs I didn't like! I've way overcooked some ribs, too, and they weren't the best I've ever made but I loved them. I bet yours were great!
