DO Artisan Bread and fried? turkey

Turkey - it's not just for Thanksgiving. I had some folks over for dinner last night who wanted fried? turkey.  I used the Char Broil Big Easy oil-less fryer to do an 11 pound bird.  Deliciously crispy skin, very moist and tender meat.  No hassle dealing with all the used oil.

While that was frying?, I fired up the Egg for some No-knead Artisan Bread, baked in the Dutch Oven.  I'm not much of a bread baker, but this bread is so simple and results in a great loaf every time I do it.  Turkey sandwiches for lunch today.

Is there a way to make my pictures a more reasonable size?

I love that no-knead artisan bread book. I use it for a lot of things, however, I've never actually done DO bread - that looks good!. As for the pics, these look appropriately sized to me.
