I like the El Yucateca line of sauces. The original Sriracha sauce is also pretty good. Tabasco is too vinegary for me, and Crystal doesn't have enough heat.

I've liked the Lingham's line recently, and I've got a bottle of Marie Sharps that I have yet to try.

Anything but Tabasco; I can't stand that crap.

I used to be the same until I went to Avery Island. The smell in the air was phenomenal! Still not my favourite but if it's all they have I don't hate it anymore.

I actually enjoy Tabasco still quite a bit. I enjoy various habanero sauces, Rooster sauce (aka Sriracha) and many others but more often than not I come back to Tabasco for the staple hot sauce.

Texas Pete is the go to for wings mixed with garlic and some lawrys, Cholula for out of the bottle on eggs and a quick hit and I do keep Sriracha on hand when I want to kick it up to the next level.

The Tiger Sauce is awesome and those who don't like Tobasco need to try tobasco sweet and spicy which is totally different!  It's awesome.

Ohhhhh my gosh....i love hot stuff and a while back we walked into the Pepper Palace at this local mall while I was in Maryland and saw a sign up sheet fer a waiver of liability. I thought it was just to try all the sauces. I had a salesman walk up and say are you ready? I was like sure....he came over w/ a little spoon and said are you sure? I was like heck yeah....the while time my ole lady and son are laughing. Down it goes!!! I was strong fer about 1 minute! Then my eyes started tearing up and to the water cooler I went! Lasted about 25 minutes! And all I got was a sticker!!! It was called Flashbang!  Here is a link.....Try it if you dare!!!

Tabasco has been my favorite for years.  I use a bottle every month and use it on any food that's red and eggs cooked any way..  Mixing it with ketchup is so good that Heinz now sells the Tabasco infused ketchup.  I'm surprised there's so many haters on the forum.  I do like the Tiger sauce, but not my favorite.

Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

My above quote was an alcohol-mangled response to my quote in another thread (which is gone from this first page, I think) because i was being a smartass; I actually love Tabasco.  Sorry about the confusion.  I'd promise to quit posting whilst drunk but then you all'd never hear from me again.   :|
