Adapt and Overcome

Fired up the egg this morning at 7:30 to do pork burnt ends and BB ribs. Got the pork butt on at 8:10 and started tracking with Igrill. I normally turbo pork butts for burnt ends but, I figured I had plenty of time. Put the 2 racks of ribs on at 1(xl running strong at 250). Diner is at 6 and the pork butt stalls out at 155 and doesn't break until 4:45. Decided to throw it in the oven at 380 to get it to at least 165, since the ribs are on the egg. Got the Butt to 170 and used gloves to chop. Sauced with sweet baby rays(only thing at the Walmart close) and threw back in the oven. Ribs came out great and this might be how I finish off my pork burnt ends all the time. Ended the cook with some Eagle Rare and Bolavard.
