Today I found some split chicken breath for a dallor a pound.  Mixed some Adams Jamaican Jerk with John Henry's Cilantro w/lime. Rubbed then down let sit in fridge for three hours. I plan on finishing with World Habor's jerk sauce mixed with Sirachia
