It is starting to get nicer out so we decided to make pizza as a family.
Setup was raised indirect on the AR at 550. Dough was Bobby Flay's excluding the Sugar, and with Bread Flour. Toppings were mozzarella, goat cheese, ricotta, and pepperoni. Everyone had fun and it tasted great!
