Best meatloaf yet.

Two pounds ground chuck, one pound ground sausage, panko bread crumbs, chopped onions, two eggs, some ketchup, black pepper. Indirect at 400 to internal of 160. Fairly juicy, but I think I might take it off at 155 next time.

I am a simple country guy who has always enjoyed meatloaf. It, like Brunswick stew, seems to be different wherever you try it.

My wife likes meatloaf sandwiches so much she did not wait. She enjoyed her sandwich with the fresh, hot meatloaf right off the grill.
