Best meatloaf yet.

Two pounds ground chuck, one pound ground sausage, panko bread crumbs, chopped onions, two eggs, some ketchup, black pepper. Indirect at 400 to internal of 160. Fairly juicy, but I think I might take it off at 155 next time.
