trust me - corned beef was kick butt!!!

here's my thinly sliced corned beef after 48 hours at 134º. Not only was it tender and tasty on the cabbage I also have several slices to freeze for some kick butt Reubens in the future!
Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
