Smoked Meatballs for Work NCAA Tournament Party

We decided to bring in food for Thrusday and Friday for basketball tournament days. I am bringing meatballs in Blues Hog sauce.  I did the receipe here, but swapped water for an Irish beer and added a pound of ground pork.  I also used a 1/3 of a cup of Fast Eddy BBQ rub then sprinkled them with Chupcabra Rub.  They came out great.  Cooked insect at 325 to 350 for 45 minutes.

I'm not sure how many of those I could resist saving for others. Looks good, and I bet they smell great.

They are a hit and out of the 40 or so I brought there is about 10 or less left.  My be my dinner for tonight.  Sorry I forgot to take a photo of them in the sauce, not much left know.  I will be doing these again and it would make a great meatloaf as well.
