I came across this corned beef shopping today.  I was not really looking for any because I had recently done pastrami and had it in the freezer, but I had never seen any this thick and all I could think is how nice it would slice.  The Spouse pointed out to me in about two seconds that the label says Corned Beef Eye Round.  Oh well, we'll see how it turns out.





XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
