Turkey Balls

This was supposed to be teriyaki turkey balls, but I found I was out of teriyaki.  In a pinch I mixed it with my brown sugar rub.  Close, but the teriyaki is better.  Still a good meal.

I find that the balls of a teriyaki turkey are too tough. Domestic rules the roost.

A nice way to treat turkey burger if you don't want to use a bun.  Those were a half cup which is about 3.5 oz cooked.

Have made these also. Are these regular ground turkey or ground turkey breast?  Both as a burger or meatball are good but, I found the breast needed just a little extra moisture to keep from getting too dry.

This is mixed with dark and white meat.  All white is too dry.
