BBQ spatchcock chicken for lunch, burgers for dinner

so for lunch I cooked up this beaut. No skin. Went 400 raised direct with BGE pecan rub and cherry wood. Topped with pellet envy IPO sauce. For dinner it was burger time pulled at 158-164. They ended up being well done, but cooking burgers on the egg still produced a very juicy and tasty treat. Thanks for lookin

Both look excellent.  I like the low carb "bun" you went with.  Burger looks really juicy.  I could go for one of those right now.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thank You.  Yeah I was really surprised at how juicy the burger was since it was well done. The egg is just a majestic cooker!
