XL table and pizza

Built an XL table from scratch and used my own plans.  After a couple of standard cooks, I decided to cook some pizzas.  Love the egg.

Sweet table, I've thought about building one like it. Do you have an air gap between the plate setter and stone?  I had to have one or my crust would burn.

I did not have an air grap and the crust turned out great.  I cooked it around 550-600 and about 7-8 minutes per pizza.

The table looks great.... I highly recommend you use a table nest though.  Just my 2 pennies.
