Sunday Breakfast: Pulled Pork

Last weekend I made two pork butts, we ate quite a bit, and vacuum sealed the rest to save for a day like today.

Started with some homemade biscuits, I was not very efficient with my cuts:

Heated up some pulled pork:



Opened up a biscuit, piled on some pulled pork, and topped with a poached egg:
