Flatbread Snack

Sunday Funday around the pool day here in the ATX.

We made flatbreads last week and my wife froze a couple for future consumption.

Brushed with olive oil and grilled with lid up.

Spread with fresh ricotta. Not the stuff in a tub.

Drizzle of good olive oil. Sliced tomatoes.

Sea salt & pepper.

Delicious!
