Looking forward to this one. Will you turn those or do you pretty much have to without anything(?) between the drips and the fire? That pipe must be for the swing-away-grid-thing-a-m-jig?

Didn't know you were having another fundraiser dldawes1.  Sorry, but I won't be able to purchase from you this time.  I put a brisket on at 6 pm Friday evening.  Hope to be eating that on Saturday.

bgebrent , well took me a while...busy, busy, busy trying to save the heroine addicts...its a full time job (after my regular full time job !!!).   Sorry friends...I've eggsplained my schedule.

eggsurance_agent Everything went perfect....I cook on a Big Green Egg !!!!....And I learned how right here from my mentors on this forum !!!!  Awesome group of people here.

Eggzellent  No turning the butts. Cooking Turbo at 425-450. It takes 4.5 hours. I wrap in foil at 3.5 hrs.  All is good....no dissappointments. I have a drip/water pan under the butts. It usually runs dry after about 3.5 hrs so I just refill when I wrap the butts.

FarmerTom hello my friend.... I didn't really advertise much this weekend...didn't need to after last week's promotion !!!  Most came back for 2nds and some new ones followed their noses !!!

I really do appreciate all you have done last week helping me get everything ready. I could never ave pulled it off without you and Dave.

Brisket and Prime rib for me next weekend. Hope your brisket turned out great....I'm sure it did.
