@johnl350 - great looking pizza. Assuming this is one of the Fellini's in Atlanta? I haven't been there in years but used to love that place. It really looks spot on. You have 7 big blisters on there which are a badge of honor.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Ok, Receipe below It's from Jim Lahey - MY PIZZA. But the link below gives a visual. I've found the results to be best when I mix up the dough, let it sit for 18 hours. Then I form the balls and let it sit overnight in fridge for another night in oiled zip locks.

I found these containers to work well for all the no-knead stuff. They are 1/3 the price for same ones at RD (a few months ago anyway) I drilled a 1/8" hole in the top so that I could snap the lid completely shut.
