Well I cooked up a couple of pizzas to see if I would ruin them but they turned out great. I'm loving my egg.

Good job. You may find it easier if you put the plate setter legs UP, then the grate, then the stone, generally the higher up in the dome you can get the stone the betterLBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
