Bacon wrapped quail

I thought about trying something new tonight for supper so I grabbed a couple packs of quail out of the freezer and threw on some olive oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and some montreal seasoning!  
OMG that was probably the best and most tender type of "bird" I've ever had on the grill!!!!! :open_mouth: 

Prep.

Flip twice!  8 min each side @ 350-400°

Secret ingredient that makes everything better is Jack Daniels wood chips! :tongue: 

DONE!!!!
