6 briskets 12-14lbs. Split between 3 of us to get the leap year deal. Worked out to $105 per including shipping. Also got a cowboy steak as an appetizer! Looking forward to trying these!!

Hello everyone! I plan to smoke one of these SRF briskets tomorrow night. It weighs 13.3 prior to trimming. I plan to use Oakridge black ops rub and oak for smoke. I would think grate temp between 230 and 240.
I have read read on here that SRF briskets cook faster. Do you think an hour per lb versus the usual 1.5hr per lb?
any other tips?

Yes, start checking closely at around one hour/lb, it may take a bit longer but probably not a lot.
