good but honestly this meat pales in comparison to the SRF brand. Maybe I cooked it diff. Still really good though. An extra few bucks and you can get the SRF topped with American and cheddar with some Franklin BBQ sauce. Raised direct at 400. Got the green egg lights goin toolow carb so wrapped in iceberg lettuce

The bread is hard for me to give up. I have found with burgers that wrapping it in iceburg lettuce helps a lot. It's more in my head I guess, not necessarily the bread, but as long as it's wrapped in something
