SRF order came in. kurobuta ribs for lunch

Was planning on these going on the stick burner this weekend but it's supposed to rain...so since these are small and I work from home, I figured I would go ahead and throw them on the egg for myself (no sharing with the wife). Rubbed down with half mustard, half pickle juice. Seasoned half with Rod Grey (pellet envy BBQ pit masters grand champ) zero to hero rub.The other half with honey hog. Doing a taste test. Running over cherry wood at the temp she sets in at on my first choice vent settings.
